The School Curriculum Administration of School Under the Local Administrative Organizations in Hang Dong District Chiang Mai Province.
Abstract
This article aimed to study the curriculum management of schools under the Local Government Organization, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai, and to study the curriculum management development guidelines of schools under the Local Government Organization, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai. The sample group included school administrators and school teachers under the Local Government Organization, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai, in the academic year 2023. The number of 103 people and the group of informants were 4 qualified people with knowledge and experience in school management. The research tools included questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed by finding the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The Research found that
the overall management of the school's curriculum under the Local Government Organization, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai, was at the highest level. When considering each aspect in order, the average value is descending order as follows; the improvement and development of the curriculum management process, the preparation of the school and school curriculum setting was at the highest level. The planning of the use of the school's curriculum, the curriculum management implementation, the supervision, monitoring and evaluation, and the conclusion of the implementation of the school's curriculum were at a high level.
Guidelines for the development of the school's curriculum under the Local Government Organization, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai, were as follows: Publicity should be disseminated to all parties to acknowledge and jointly prepare the curriculum, use PLC processes together, analyze the context together, design a learning plan, define learner development activities, learning materials/resources, and authentic evaluation. There should be a joint analysis to explore the basic needs of the facility, materials, equipment, personnel, appoint the person responsible for the management of the curriculum in the class period. There should be a supervision to systematically implement the curriculum. There should be a clear calendar for supervision, periodic report on the results of the use of the curriculum, systematically and up to date using technology to assist in storing information.
