Academic Management in the Digital Age of School Administrators to Promote Sustainable Development in the Pong Nam Hot Sub-District Educational Quality Development Center under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study academic administration in the digital age of school administrators to promote sustainable development in the Center for Improving the Quality of Education. Pong Hot Water Subdistrict is under the Chiang Mai Primary Education Area District 3 Office. The research population consisted of 3 school administrators, 1 acting school administrator, and teachers. The instruments used in the research were questionnaires and focus group interviews. The statistics used to analyze the data include percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis and then presented by descriptive methods.

The results showed that: 1) Academic management in the digital age of school administrators to promote sustainable development in Pong Hot Water Subdistrict Education Quality Development Center; Affiliated with Chiang Mai Primary Education Area Office District 3 The overall picture is at a considerable level.  When looking at each aspect, it was found that the most average aspect was the development of the learning process, followed by the development of the school curriculum and the development of the internal quality assurance system. Able to monitor and evaluate results and align with local curricula School administrators should encourage the use of information systems. Modern data recording by using Q-info system to help Executives should enhance knowledge and skills for personnel involved in participation, and administrators should promote planning and development of teaching and learning processes. Learner analysis is carried out. Develop a learner-centered learning management plan in line with learners' needs for sustainable development.
